This wafer check valve is mainly composed of stainless steel valve body, stainless steel valve disc, elastic sealing valve seat, shaft, reset torsion spring and other components.
Stainless steel (such as 304, 316, 316L) will form a dense chromium oxide protective film on its surface, which can effectively resist the corrosion of weak acids, weak bases, salt solutions, seawater, and humid environments. Compared with cast iron and cast steel materials, it can avoid problems such as rusting, corrosion, and perforation of the valve body. Especially suitable for pipeline systems transporting corrosive or saline media in chemical, seawater desalination, food and pharmaceutical industries.
Stainless steel material has a high surface finish, no pores, no adsorption of impurities, and is not easy to breed bacteria. It can be directly used in working conditions such as drinking water, food and beverage, pharmaceutical preparations, etc. that require strict cleanliness of the medium. It meets hygiene standards and solves the pain point of corrosion and pollution that cast iron valves are prone to.
The tensile strength and yield strength of stainless steel are much better than cast iron, and it can withstand long-term erosion from high-pressure and high flow media, as well as pressure impact during pipeline start-up and shutdown, reducing wear and deformation of valve discs and bodies, extending the service life of valves, and reducing maintenance costs for frequent replacement.
Standard export wooden case packaging
Widely used in pipeline systems in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, seawater desalination, water treatment, HVAC, etc., it is particularly suitable for working conditions with strict requirements for medium cleanliness and corrosion resistance, and limited installation space medium flows back, and has good sealing performance.

It is designed to prevent medium backflow automatically in fluid piping systems. The self-starting double disc mechanism ensures fast response and zero-leakage sealing performance.
This valve is manufactured according to the AWWA C594 standard and built using high-quality investment casting techniques.
Stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance, higher mechanical strength, and hygienic properties without media contamination or rust perforation over long operation periods.
The valve operates reliably within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 800°C, depending on the chosen body material and rubber gasket options.
It is widely applicable in chemical processing, food and beverage, drinking water supply, pharmaceutical manufacturing, seawater desalination, and HVAC systems.
All valves are securely packed in standard export wooden cases to protect against impacts and moisture during ocean or air transportation.
