The core advantage of double port air evacuation valve lies in the independent control of double channels, which can simultaneously achieve high-speed and large exhaust, continuous micro exhaust, automatic negative pressure air replenishment, comprehensively solve the problems of pipeline air resistance and negative pressure safety, and is more efficient, reliable and applicable to a wider range of working conditions than traditional single port valve.

The double port air evacuation valve features independent dual-channel control to provide high-speed large volume exhaust, continuous micro exhaust, and automatic negative pressure air replenishment, effectively preventing pipeline air resistance and negative pressure damage.
When negative pressure is created due to pump shutoff or rapid drainage, the valve automatically switches to suction mode to quickly draw in ambient air. This balances the internal and external pressure, preventing flexible pipes (like PVC or PE) from collapsing or cracking.
The valve body and bonnet can be constructed from Cast Iron HT200, Stainless Steel, or Carbon Steel. The internal floating ball is made of 304 Stainless Steel, with NBR sealing rings and an A3 elastic screw.
Our double port exhaust valves are manufactured according to BS, API, DIN, and JIS standards, utilizing high-precision investment casting to guarantee a zero-leakage sealing grade.
The valve operates safely and efficiently within a temperature range of -20°C to 120°C (-20°C < T < 120°C).
All products are packed using standard export wooden cases to protect against damage during overseas transit.
