This forged lift check valve is integrally forged from A105 carbon steel or F304/F316 stainless steel with a dense internal structure free of sand holes. The guided lift disc realizes reliable backflow prevention. With high temperature and pressure resistance, metal or PTFE sealing options, it is widely applied in petrochemical, power plant, hydraulic and high-pressure steam small-bore pipeline systems.
This lifting type check valve is widely used in petrochemical high-pressure process pipelines, power plant steam instrument lines, high-temperature heat transfer oil systems, hydraulic equipment matching pipes, natural gas small pipelines and fine chemical anti-corrosion high-pressure lines.

Standard export wooden case packaging
The valve body is integrally forged from A105 carbon steel or F304/F316 stainless steel, along with options in WCB, WC1, WC6, WC9, C5, C12, CF8, CF3, CF8M, and CF3M depending on your operating medium and temperature requirements.
This valve features a guided lift disc providing reliable backflow prevention, single-directional sealing, self-starting operation, and achieves a zero leakage sealing grade for high-pressure safety.
The forged body delivers a compact internal structure that completely eliminates sand holes and pores. This provides vastly superior pressure resistance, explosion resistance, and long-term durability in high-temperature environments.
Standard operating temperatures range between -20°C and 120°C. With specialized material configurations (such as WC9 or CF series), working temperatures can safely reach up to 425°C - 600°C.
It is heavily utilized in petrochemical high-pressure process pipelines, power plant steam instrument lines, high-temperature heat transfer oil systems, hydraulic equipment matching pipes, natural gas small pipelines, and fine chemical lines.
All products are packaged securely using standard export wooden cases to protect against impacts and environmental conditions during overseas transit.
