This WCB lift check valve is integrally cast from ASTM A216 carbon steel for high temperature and pressure resistance up to 425℃. Vertical guided disc realizes automatic backflow prevention with metal or PTFE sealing options. Flanged connection offers stable tight shutoff under medium-high pressure. Cost-effective for steam, oil, hot water and gas pipelines, widely used in power plant, heating and petrochemical industrial systems.

It automatically prevents media backflow in pipelines under high temperature and pressure. The vertical guided disc opens under forward pressure and closes tightly when flow stops or reverses.
The WCB cast carbon steel body can safely operate at working temperatures up to 425°C, making it suitable for steam, boiler feed water, and thermal oil systems.
Lift check valves are ideally installed in horizontal pipelines. For vertical installation, the flow direction must be upwards so gravity assists in closing the disc correctly.
