This lift check valve is an automatic non-return valve with vertically lifting disc guided by inner sleeve to prevent medium backflow. Available in ductile iron, WCB carbon steel, 304/316 stainless steel with metal or soft PTFE/EPDM sealing. It features tight shutoff, high pressure and temperature resistance. Widely used for boiler feed water, steam, oil, chemical and high-pressure clean fluid pipeline systems.
The surface sealing structure of this piston check valve can withstands high pressure and temperature. Fast closing prevents pump reversal and pipeline pressure loss, ideal for critical boiler and thermal pipeline systems.
The lifting one way valve built-in guide sleeve keeps disc moving vertically without jamming, stable long-term operation and low maintenance downtime.
Compact simple structure with easy seal replacement, small size fits narrow pump room and small-diameter precision pipelines.
This lifting type check valve is widely used in power plant boiler feed water lines, thermal steam circulation pipelines, petrochemical oil piping, high-pressure HVAC circulating water, compressed air systems, pharmaceutical pure water delivery and heat exchange pump rooms.

A lifting check valve is an automatic non-return valve featuring a vertically lifting disc guided by an inner sleeve. It opens automatically with fluid flow and closes when flow stops or reverses, effectively preventing media backflow.
The valve bodies can be manufactured from carbon steels (WCB, WC1, WC6, WC9, C5, C12) and stainless steels (CF8/304, CF3/304L, CF8M/316, CF3M/316L) to suit various working media and environments.
Depending on the body material and seal type selected, working temperatures range from -20°C up to 600°C for high-temperature stainless steel configurations.
They are suitable for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing media, urea, compressed air, and pure pharmaceutical fluids.
The built-in guide sleeve ensures the valve disc moves smoothly vertically without jamming, resulting in stable long-term performance, minimal wear, and low maintenance downtime.
All orders are securely packed using standard export wooden cases to ensure safe delivery and protect the valves during long-distance transport.
