Characteristics
Pneumatic ball valves are driven by compressed air to achieve valve opening and closing control. The ball of the floating pneumatic ball valve is floating and sealed by the medium pressure pressing against the sealing surface at the outlet end, suitable for medium and low pressure applications.
Advantages
The spring reset function of the single acting actuator and the stable air supply guarantee of the triple component ensure that the valve automatically resets when the gas is cut off, which is suitable for scenarios with strict safety requirements such as chemical, gas, and oil industries.
The pressure reducing valve of the triple component can accurately adjust the air source pressure, avoiding pressure fluctuations that may cause incomplete valve opening and closing or action jamming; Filters and oil mist devices extend the service life of actuators and valves, reducing maintenance costs.
The three components can be integrated with the actuator and solenoid valve for easy pipeline connection, without the need for additional gas source treatment equipment, shortening the on-site installation and commissioning cycle.

The pneumatic ball valves are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, natural gas, pharmaceuticals, and electricity, it is suitable for pipeline systems containing various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, viscous fluids, and strong oxidizing media. It is used to switch and cut off pipeline media, and can also achieve proportional adjustment when equipped with valve positioners.
