Characteristics
The fixed ball valves are usually driven by pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and other power sources due to the large opening and closing torque under high pressure conditions. Some small-diameter models can be equipped with manual gearboxes to reduce operating intensity.
Key Advantages
The fixed ball structure can withstand higher medium pressures, with a nominal pressure of Class 1500 or even higher, suitable for scenarios such as long-distance oil and gas pipelines, high-pressure chemical processes, etc., far exceeding the pressure range of floating ball valves.
The bidirectional valve seat design supports bidirectional sealing (the medium can flow in from either side of the inlet and outlet), and the sealing effect is not affected by the flow direction of the medium. It can achieve zero leakage in the transportation of flammable, explosive, and toxic media.
For large-diameter valves with a diameter of DN300 or above, the fixed ball structure can effectively disperse the force on the ball, avoid deformation of the ball due to excessive medium pressure, and make opening and closing operations more effortless, suitable for high flow pipeline systems.
