The PTFE, FEP, PFA and other fluoroplastics lining the inner cavity of the valve body have extremely strong chemical stability and can withstand almost all strong corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, strong alkali, organic solvents, strong oxidants, etc., and are not affected by medium concentration and temperature (within the applicable range of fluoroplastics).
Compared to stainless steel ball valves, its corrosion resistance range covers strong oxidizing and acidic media (such as concentrated nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid) that stainless steel cannot cope with.
Fluoroplastic lining layer has extremely high chemical stability and can withstand almost all strong corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, strong alkali, organic solvents, etc. It is not affected by medium concentration and temperature, far exceeding the corrosion resistance of stainless steel ball valves.
The surface smoothness of the fluoroplastic lining layer is high, the friction coefficient is extremely low, the water head loss is small when the medium flows through, and it is not easy to adhere to impurities in the medium, which can effectively prevent pipeline scaling, especially suitable for viscous and corrosive media containing particles (such as chemical slurries).
The flange connection method does not require welding and is easy to disassemble and assemble; The lining layer is wear-resistant, anti-aging, and has a long service life. Routine maintenance only requires regular inspection of seals and valve stem packing, without frequent replacement of valve body.

They are designed for extreme environments handling strong corrosive media, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and strong oxidants.
The applicable operating temperature range is -20°C < T < 120°C, remaining chemically stable within standard operating pressures.
Unlike stainless steel valves, fluoroplastic lined ball valves provide complete chemical inertness against concentrated oxidizing and acidic media (such as aqua regia or hydrofluoric acid) that standard stainless steel cannot handle.
This valve is manufactured according to the BS5351 standard with high-precision investment casting and provides a single-directional zero-leakage sealing grade.
The fluoroplastic lining features an extremely smooth surface and low friction coefficient. Impurities in viscous fluids or chemical slurries cannot easily adhere to it, preventing pipeline scaling and lowering flow resistance.
All valves are protected using standard export wooden cases to ensure safe, damageless transportation during ocean and air freight.
